GoodHomes Bordeaux is a 255-unit apartment community in Fayetteville, NC. Originally a 298-room Ramada Plaza & Baymont Inn & Suites, consists of 2 residential buildings connected through a 60,000 SF former convention center. Due to density restrictions, some units were combined, creating a mix of 205 large studios and 50 one bedroom units with spacious balconies.
